| It all happened in a matter of seconds. Shining Star was on a routine patrol of the old industrial district of Capitol City when she noticed several men working eagerly and in a suspect wayy in an abandoned warehouse. The lovely heroine landed to check out closely, but she was surprised by a mysterious opponent with amazing hypnotic powers! The subdued heroine could only sit against a rusted tank as the men completed thier activities and the mysterious foe taunted and teased her. Half and hour later, Shining Star managed to snap out of the hypnotic state and swore to discover who this mysterious foe is and what are his plans. |
